The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo Hotel

The service at this hotel was really good. the staff knew my name and provided perfect attention to detail. The representatives at the bell desk were especially helpful with our arrival and transfer. The level of service was nonpareil - everyone was so friendly and they even walked me everywhere! The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were fantastic. The location of the hotel next to the connected Tokyo Midtown mall was convenient, with lots of restaurant choices and decent shopping malls. The view from my room of Tokyo Tower was superb. the cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were all great.

This hotel is in a convenient location, right on the outskirts of Roppongi, close to two subway stations. It is also connected to the Tokyo Midtown mall, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

One drawback of this hotel is the high price compared to similar facilities in the area.

The staff was attentive and upgraded our room for free, offering a fine view and luxurious bathroom. We enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfast, and thoughtful honeymoon treats. The location was convenient, with easy transportation options and nearby restaurants.

Large room with modern and traditional Japanese amenities. Excellent attention to detail. Beautiful bedroom suite with amazing views of the city and Mount Fuji. Convenient location near a mall with plenty of restaurant choices.

This hotel is a luxurious and outstanding venue that fulfills every need. the staff is attentive and professional, providing top, notch service. the spa & wellness center is well, equipped and offers exclusive amenities that guarantee a five, star relaxation experience. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna are spacious and well, maintained, providing a serene environment. I enjoyed their full body massage, which was incredibly relaxing and revitalizing. the hotel offers a wide range of exceptional restaurants and bars, with private facilities and special diet menus, satisfying any taste.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment in the hotel. While there are numerous high, end facilities, I was expecting more diversity in terms of in, house events.
